Summer Highlights!
The boys started calling me Mommy around 4th of July. I actually miss being called Mama. Same for Daddy.
"What happened?" was the question of July and August and so far September too.
The Boys have become sassy right after 4th of July..."no" said with attitude was coming out of Chase's mouth all July and beginning of August and now Mason says "no" with a smirk. He mostly says "no" when we ask him to go potty.
They loved hugging and kissing Mommy's belly and "baby."
They love playing with balls especially golf, baseball, soccer, and basketball (basketball hoop to them.)
They like to walk on their own now and want to take the shopping cart around the block.
They rough house around the house, 'run bases', wrestle and like to pull each other down and like to tell me they fall down.
They use the stool to see what Mommy and Daddy are cooking and use it to get up in their chair at the table and grab things from high up places. I wish they didn't know how to use the stool.
Mason is now Mimi per Mason and Chase.
Everything is mine, my turn, Chase's, Mimi's..ect. They are very possessive of their things.
They do share and say sorry and have been getting 'time outs' in the living room chair and just today Mason started telling Chase he needed a time out, which is hilarious.
Mason is my free spirit and does what he wants and when he wants to.
They can say Grandma now which makes my Mom happy.
They are obsessed with poop. When it's in a book, when someone poops they want to see it and always refer to poop as big poop.
Everything is jumpy, they want to jump everywhere.
Mason is talking so much in the last two weeks. Chase and Mason are both excellent talkers now. They repeat everything you say and have started to memorize their favorite books-Dear Zoo, Goodnight Gorilla, and Fire Truck Littler Critter.
They are so much fun!
They can say Piper from the first day she was born and they love their baby sister.
